1.Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
INMAX has two factories producing stationery and paper items for over 15 years, with in-house R&D, molding, injection, auto-assembly, and printing capabilities, delivering high-quality, well-designed products worldwide.

2. How do your factory do quality control?

Our QC team conducts on-site inspections for materials, in-process QC, and finished goods QC per AQL 2.5/4.0 standards.

Our factories are BSCI, FSC certified and have passed retailers' third-party audits.

Our products meet EU & US standards like REACH, EN71, SVHC, ASTM, CPSIA. Tested at SGS, TUV, Eurofins, BV, we offer test reports to save costs. For new tests, inform us when quoting.

3.What's your MOQ?
MOQ: 1000pcs, 3,000pcs, 5,000pcs, depending on products. Smaller quantities accepted for trials or special orders.

4.What is your sample delivery time?
Samples with no logo and small quantity are free, express cost on customer.
Pay for customized samples & express freight upfront, refunded on order confirmation.
Samples without logo ready in 3-5 days.
